Approach to property: Through a wooden gate, down sweeping tarmac drive to parking area for up to three cars.

Arrival: Up six steps to front door.

Main Entrance: Front door. 2′ 9” wide, opens inwards into property. External lighting to pathways.

Ground Floor: Through the front door into the hall. Master bedroom immediately on left, bathroom on right and second bedroom next right. Lounge, and kitchen, at end of hall.
