In line with government guidance we are tentatively re-opening on the 11th July. We look forward to welcoming our guests back and as always we are excited to share Cornwall with you.
However, we will continue to pay careful attention to the news, to coronavirus statistics, and up to date guidance and will review our situation on an ongoing basis.
We will do our utmost to ensure your safety and we are following all recommended hygiene measures (please enquire if you require further details).
We have had to make some changes and these are as follows:
We will no longer be able to welcome guests before 5pm.
Departure time is one hour earlier at 9am.
We will be asking all guests to strip their beds (including mattress and pillow protectors) and to place in the laundry bag(s) provided.
We will be removing unnecessary items from our homes and so they may appear a little different to those who have visited us before.
We will place hand sanitiser outside each home and would be grateful if you would use this before every entry to the property.
We will apply virucidal disinfectant (EN14476) by a fogging machine prior to your arrival.
We will be asking all of our guests for their contact details so that we can assist Public Health with contact tracing if necessary.
Please remember that Cornwall has a large elderly population and only one small hospital. We do have coronavirus in Cornwall. We know that you will take all measures to protect yourselves and others and we thank you for this. We would like to request that you do not come on holiday if you feel unwell. If you become unwell whilst on holiday, and it is safe to do so, you should return home as quickly and directly as you can.
If you are unwell and cannot return home, you will be expected to pay all costs.
Lastly, we truly hope that you enjoy your well deserved and long awaited holiday in lovely Cornwall!
Please contact us with any questions or concerns,
Jon & Penny.
