About Kernewek…

‘Kernewek’ is a three bedroom, two bathroom house that accommodates six guests. It has been completely refurbished and provides bright, clean modern rooms and is available throughout the year.

Master bedroom, with king size bed, has sea views. Double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, overlooks the garden. Third bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the sea.

The bungalow is situated within private grounds offering lots of lawn space and off road parking. It has modern central heating and a log burner in the lounge.

A large sunny patio has table and chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs and gas barbecue. The house enjoys sea views from the lounge, patio and master bedroom.

Large open plan kitchen/dinning room with granite island.

Main bathroom has shower over bath.

Second, en-suite bathroom is compact but includes full size shower.

Approach to property: Through a wooden gate is a gravel parking area for up to three cars.

Arrival: Down a gently sloping pathway, then three steps, with hand rail, to front door.

Main Entrance: One step up to the front door. 2′ 9” wide, small step into property. External lighting to pathways.

Ground Floor: Through the front door into the kitchen/dinning room. Lounge through glass door, to left, hallway leading to bedrooms and bathroom straight ahead.

Individual Details Of The Rooms: All rooms on same level. LED down lighting throughout. Small step into lounge seating area. All rooms divided with standard width doors and low threshold. Central heating radiator in all rooms.
